About Us
The laboratory is focused on the development of low-cost, fast, reliable prototype devices with high commercialization potential in the determination of chemical residues to contribute to consumer health and national economy, as well as the production of protein from alternative sources, prebiotic fiber (oligosaccharides) from plants.
In the laboratory, pesticide residue analysis, veterinary drug residues, toxic components formed as a result of heat treatment, projects and analyzes related to preservatives used in foods are carried out.

The laboratory carries out activities in the field of additives and residues in food products.

- Areas of activity can be given in paragraphs or bullet points. However, all laboratories are expected to follow the same format according to the chosen option.
