Industrial Service Process
Application
- TÜBİTAK MAM Industrial Service Requirements from here can be reached.
- Our customers who want to have Industrial Services should apply to Industrial Services with a test / analysis request chart. Public / Institutions and Organizations can apply with an official request letter.
- The brand/company name of the products should not be mentioned in the application petition. Products must be coded.
- An ethics committee report is required for the sale of mice and rats.
- Samples for analysis must be brought in the quantity and packaging defined by the relevant Vice Presidency and must have a label with descriptive information about the sample (such as the name, code, organization name, sampling date). If the quantity and packaging type of the samples are not specified, care must be taken to ensure that they are packaged in a way that does not harm human health and the environment.
- The sample must be sent together with the application petition and the bank receipt showing that the payment has been made. Otherwise, the sample will not be accepted and will be returned.
- For test/analysis/measurement and inspection requests not specified in the Test and Analysis Price List published on the website, an offer is made to the requester. If the offer is accepted and payment is made, analysis procedures are initiated.
- For urgently requested services, a price increase of % 70 is applied in case of working out of office hours and/or on a holiday, and % 50 is applied for priority work during working hours.
Payment of Service Fee
- If the service fee is deposited into the specified bank accounts and the relevant receipt is sent to Industrial Services, the analysis can be started.
- In case of travel outside TÜBİTAK MAM for services, travel, accommodation and subsistence of the relevant personnel shall be covered and/or paid by the relevant organization.
- A separate fee is charged for English language report preparation (1.000TL- 20.000 TL +% 20 VAT depending on the scope of the report).

Discounts
- For domestic requests, % 10 discount on list prices continues in 2025.
- Test/analysis prices are valid until 31.12.2025.
- During the year, MAM may change the prices and remove the analyzes from the scope of service without any publication by MAM.
Reporting
- Test and analysis results do not constitute a quality certificate for the product.
- The report and its results may not be used for commercial and advertising purposes by the requesting organization and its customers. The report may not be reproduced/published in whole or in part.
- Only one report is issued for the tests/analyses requested in the application petition. If a separate report is requested for more than one sample, this must be specified in the request letter.
- The analysis report and invoice are sent to the address specified in the application petition.
