Within the framework of Marmara Sea Action Plan activities; in Balıkesir, Bursa, Çanakkale, İstanbul, Kocaeli, Tekirdağ and Yalova provinces; Wastewater treatment plants, pre-treatment plants, deep sea discharge plants with an installed capacity between 1.000 - 5.000 m3/day, discharging the effluent to the receiving environment by deep sea discharge; treatment plant inlet and outlet water flow measurement data and automatic sampling devices must be transferred to the Continuous Monitoring Center by making an on-line connection.

Within the scope of the Action Plan, a Mini SAİS cabinet was developed to meet the needs. For the cabin; Software and/or Communication System, Control and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)/PC Industrial PC System and Sampling System were developed indigenously.
