Fuel Cell Laboratory
About Us
Our fuel cell laboratory is the first in the entire chain of hydrogen technology. scientific depth, industrial applicability and scalable systems engineering works with a vision.
From electrocatalyst to system level, from component testing to field application We have a wide range of know-how.
Research and Development Competencies
Electrocatalyst Development
By working on catalysts, which are the key determinant of fuel cell performance, we develop active, durable and cost-effective electrocatalysts.
Metal Bipolar Plate Substrate
For metal bipolar plates, one of the critical components for fuel cell systems:
- Flow field design and modeling,
- Corrosion resistant surface coatings,
- We have both design and prototyping infrastructure in sealing.
Production and Test Automation with Robotic Arm
The industrial robotic arm in our laboratory is integrated to be used in both MEA production and testing processes.
In this way:
- Repeatability is high,
- Independent of time,
- We provide a production and testing infrastructure that minimizes human error.
120 kW PEM Fuel Cell Performance Test System
The 120 kW PEM fuel cell test system we have developed is a fully integrated test infrastructure designed specifically for heavy vehicles, buses, commercial vehicles and high power stationary applications.
This system is not just a test rig; it is an indigenously developed engineering platform to analyze the behavior of fuel cell technology under real road and load conditions.
Our test infrastructure offers the possibility to analyze the dynamic internal resistance and reaction kinetics of the fuel cell stack in real time, thanks to the high-resolution electro-chemical impedance analyzer (EIS) integrated into our system.
