Prof. Dr. Bayram Yılmaz, Secretary General of the Turkish Institutes of Health (TÜSEB), Prof. Dr. İlhan Satman, Head of Public Health, Prof. Dr. Kubilay Karşıdağ, Head of the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases at Istanbul University and the accompanying delegation visited TÜBİTAK MAM.
Our President Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan emphasized the importance of the localization of our technological infrastructure and know-how as TÜBİTAK MAM, especially 'Health biotechnology', medical devices and materials used in the field of health, and stated that as TÜBİTAK MAM, we are open to solution partnership by producing products for the health needs of our country.
Presentations were made on the capabilities of the Institute of Chemical Technology, Institute of Gene Engineering and Biotechnology and Institute of Materials. Following the visits to the Biomaterials, Biomechanics and Bioelectronics Center of Excellence and Laboratories, areas of cooperation were identified and mutual views were shared.
