Assoc. Dr. Temel Kotil, General Manager of Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), Dr. Fahrettin Öztürk, Head of Strategy and Technology Management, Prof. Dr. Hikmet Üçışık and Dr. Orkun Hasekioğlu, Vice President of TÜBİTAK, visited TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM).

The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan, President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center, and visited the Materials Institute High Temperature Materials Research Development and Repair Center of Excellence, Vacuum Melting Casting Hall, Investment Casting and Composite Laboratories.

While it was agreed to take concrete steps to put the comprehensive cooperation between TAI and MAM into practice immediately, it was decided that the business partnership between TÜBİTAK MAM and TAI/TAI will support and cooperate in many areas such as the Aircraft Industry, the production of spare parts of unmanned aerial vehicles with domestic technology and the space industry.
