The Turkish Composites 2022 exhibition, organized for the fifth time this year, took place on October 6-8 at Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar International Convention and Exhibition Center. Raw material suppliers and more than 100 companies producing composite products participated in the fair.
At Turkish Composites 2022, products covering the entire composites industry, especially production, processing and application methods specific to the composites industry, were exhibited.
Raw material suppliers (resins, fiber and reinforcement materials, technical textiles, thermosets, thermoplastics, additives), composite semi- and intermediate product manufacturers, composite final product manufacturers, processing technology providers, machinery manufacturers, equipment suppliers, consumables manufacturers, design and simulation services providers participated in the fair.
Exhibitors from the automotive, aerospace, construction, electrical and electronics, entertainment, marine, transportation and wind energy industries also took part.
At the fair, TÜBİTAK MAM opened its doors to visitors with its Aluminum Metal Foam Supported Composite Sandwich Plate, Composite Embedded Antenna, Two Dimensional Carbon/Carbon Composite Plate, Domestic Noise Barrier System, Polymer Nanocomposite Based Thermal Interface Materials, High Performance Polymer Resin Systems products. The products attracted great interest from the visitors.
Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank met with the participants on the first day of the event. After receiving information about the products at the TÜBİTAK MAM stand, Minister Varank chatted with MAM personnel and took a souvenir photo.
