Within the scope of the Trainee Researcher Fellowship Program (STAR) supported by TÜBİTAK, we continue to support our nearly 150 STAR Fellows in our 8 Institutes within our Center to gain research experience in the fields of science and technology they are interested in, to take part in scientific research projects in addition to their academic studies, to increase their creativity, to develop their engineering, problem solving and intellectual skills.
With our expert staff and all our facilities, we contribute to our STAR Scholars, who are assigned to our Center with a large project-based scholarship program, to gain R&D culture, innovation, production, R&D studies and research in the laboratories of the Institute and to take the first step into the research ecosystem. Nearly 150 STAR Scholars, who work in different institutes and laboratories within the Center, can benefit from all the local and national facilities of MAM, as well as all the facilities on campus.
In line with the National Technology Move and our goal of bringing qualified human resources to our country, TÜBİTAK MAM makes significant contributions to the "co-development" and "co-success" approach that TÜBİTAK is creating in the ecosystem.
We organize MAM Institute Introduction Programs in order to ensure that our Star Scholars' fields of study are not limited to the Institutes and Laboratories and that they get to know other MAM Institutes and add to their knowledge, and we continue to develop our Scholars rapidly.
