On 12.07.2021, the project team consisting of Yasemin Cehdioğlu, Assistant Manager of EÜAŞ R&D Directorate, Mehtap Emri, Branch Manager of EÜAŞ Thermal Power Plants Department and participants from the Natural Gas Power Plants Department visited TÜBİTAK MAM Chemical Technology Institute.
A presentation was made to the EÜAŞ team about the project process within the scope of the project "INVESTIGATION OF CARBON Capture TECHNOLOGIES WITH HYBRID PROCESSES" which started on 27.04.2021 with EÜAŞ. Subsequently, laboratory visits were organized to demonstrate the infrastructure competencies of our Institute.
As part of the second stage of the visits, a visit was made to Bursa Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant on 13.07.2021 with the EÜAŞ project team. Here, information about the power plant was received from Ömer Özen and Hilal Özel Sadıkoğlu, Power Plant Engineers involved in the project. Opinions were exchanged regarding the works to be carried out within the scope of the project.
