Within the scope of the 16th Nature Education and Science Schools Support Program organized by TÜBİTAK BİTO, "Science Journey from Arctic to Antarctica with STEM", which is led by TÜBİTAK MAM Polar Research Institute and whose stakeholders include experts from Istanbul Technical University, Abant İzzet Baysal University, Keçiören Science and Art Center, Düzce Science and Art Center, Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Science and Art Center, Diyarbakır Çınar Science and Art Center and Midyat Science and Art Center. Aziz Sancar Science and Art Center, Diyarbakır Çınar Science and Art Center and Midyat Science and Art Center, the project titled "Science Journey from Arctic to Antarctica with STEM" was carried out at TÜBİTAK Gebze Campus between 14-18 November 2022 with twenty-four seventh grade students studying in Gebze.

During the project, participants had the opportunity to learn deep information about the poles from the Arctic to the Antarctic Continent, while having fun with various activities. They also received lectures by expert trainers on many subjects such as melting of glaciers, polar meteorological station design, polar history of Turks, technological design, subatomic particles, polar creatures, DNA analysis, life sciences, earth sciences, physical sciences.
