TÜBİTAK has opened a call center at 444 66 90 to respond to all kinds of questions and applications about support programs, scholarships, competitions and publications in an efficient and fast manner.
TUBITAK's call center at 444 66 90 has been put into service in order to establish healthier communication with students, academics, researchers and other citizens. Calls to 444 66 90, which operates during working hours, are answered by customer service representatives. Citizens are assisted on issues of concern, and all incoming applications are recorded online. Contact information of the callers is taken and they are informed about the issues they want to get information about.
The hotline, which operates between 08.30-17.30, provides information on scholarship and support services, e-sales and subscription transactions of TÜBİTAK journals, books and these resources, guidance for project-based consultancy, training and support requests, guidance and information support on the use of TÜBİTAK Business Application Software, transmission of requests, wishes and complaint reports created in line with the records received to the relevant units and support services via e-mail.
