Within the scope of the official visit to Turkey by the Education, Research and Technology Evaluation Committee of the German National Assembly, consisting of seven Members of Parliament, visits to TÜBİTAK and TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center took place on 20 October 2014 and 21 October 2014, respectively. The delegation was welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat MAKARACI, Vice President of TÜBİTAK MAM, and was given general information about the institution, the studies carried out and the issues of interest, and our introductory film was watched. After the meeting, TÜBİTAK MAM and the Institute of Materials exhibition areas and LIDAR Laboratory were visited and introduced on site and the visit program was completed.
