Within the scope of the TÜBİTAK-Slovak Academy of Sciences SAS joint scientific workshop, a delegation led by TÜBİTAK Vice President Dr. Orkun Hasekioğlu and MAM President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahadır Tunaboylu visited Slovak Nuclear Power Plant Research Institute VÚJE in Trnava. MAM Vice President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Makaracı, TÜBİTAK Bilateral and Multilateral Relations Manager Dr. Zeynep Arzıman Büyükboduk and Dr. Mehmet Türkmen from Hacettepe University Nuclear Engineering Department participated in the visit. The delegation was accompanied by Dr. Jozef Šesták, Consul General of Slovakia in Istanbul. After the VÚJE presentation, the Training Center was visited and information about the software and models was received and Nuclear Power Plant Simulators were used by the delegation.
