On April 5, 2017, Mendeley and SciVal training was given by Elsevier Authorities for the staff of TÜBİTAK Gebze Campus.

The SciVal Program, through which you can make a detailed analysis of your own research performance; get an idea about the research performance of TÜBİTAK and other member institutions, countries and research groups; compare yourself or your institution with other researchers and research groups using different metrics; develop new research strategies and find collaboration opportunities by looking at trends, was introduced to the participating researchers with a training given by Ayhan Saraçoğlu, Turkey representative of Elsevier Company.

Mendeley Training, a software that researchers can use to manage, share, read, take notes and cite their articles, was given by Başak Candemir by connecting to Elsevier Amsterdam headquarters via webinar.

The training organized by the Library and Archive Unit and the Technology Development and Management Unit was held at the MAM Conference Hall.
