Mehmet Alp Tiryakioğlu Primary School 3-E class students visited TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM).

Selen Can, a class 3-E student at Mehmet Alp Tiryakioğlu Primary School, wrote a New Year's card addressed to the President of our Headquarters, stating that she wanted to visit TÜBİTAK MAM. Our President Mr. Kılıçaslan did not remain indifferent to Selen's request and invited her and her classmates to TÜBİTAK MAM.

On February 13, 2020, our Head of Center Mr. Kılıçaslan met with our students and stated that they should aim to be the scientists of tomorrow and that the first goal to achieve this should be to love their country and work hard.

In the TÜBİTAK MAM product exhibition area, the works of MAM Institutes were introduced and the Microplastics Laboratory of the Environment and Clean Production Institute and the TÜBİTAK MAM Cahit Arf Library were visited. Information was given about the Library and Librarianship. In memory of the visit, Bilim Çocuk and Meraklı Minik magazines were given to our students.

Yaşar Gül, Assistant Principal of Mehmet Alp Tiryakioğlu Primary School, and Şule Kılıçkaya, Class Teacher, expressed their satisfaction and thanks for the evaluation of the visit application and the organization of the visit to MAM, and the students expressed that they were very happy and impressed by the visit.
