Haskan Group of Companies visited TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) on February 16, 2021.

At the cooperation meeting held within the scope of the visit, TÜBİTAK MAM President V. Dr. Osman OKUR, Haskan Group of Companies Founder Mustafa DAĞLI, TÜBİTAK MAM Vice President Assoc. V. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Burcu ÖZSOY, TIT General Manager Yunus Emre BİLGİN, TÜBİTAK MAM Institute of Materials Md. Assist. Assoc. Dr. Salih DABAK, TÜBİTAK MAM Institute of Environment and Cleaner Production Md. Assist. V. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Özgen ERCAN, TÜBİTAK MAM Chemical Technology Institute Coordinator Dr. Elif ÜNVEREN and officials from Haskan Group of Companies participated.

In his opening speech, Mustafa DAĞLI, Founder of Haskan Group of Companies, stated that their strategic target areas are biomedical and defense industry. He emphasized that Technology Innovation Textile (TIT) companies aim to develop products with high added value that can increase national income per capita. Subsequently, a company presentation was made by Yunus Emre BİLGİN, General Manager of TIT.

After the presentations of HASKAN Group of Companies, Dr. Osman OKUR, President of TÜBİTAK MAM, made an introductory presentation about TÜBİTAK MAM's capabilities, infrastructure and qualified human resources. He gave information about TÜBİTAK MAM Institutes and potential fields of study.

After the meeting, laboratory visits were made to the Institute of Materials (ME), the Institute of Chemical Technology (KTE) and the Institute of Environment and Cleaner Production (ÇTÜE). Potential cooperation between Haskan Group of Companies and TÜBİTAK MAM was discussed.
