Prof. Dr. Serkan Topaloğlu, Chairman of the Presidential Health and Food Policies Board, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Adnan Saraçoğlu, Prof. Dr. Necdet Ünüvar, Prof. Dr. Zümrüt Begüm Öğel, Dr. Zülfüye Füsun Kümet, Dr. Ümmü Gülşen Öztürk and Prof. Dr. Osman Sağdıç, lecturer at Yıldız Technical University Food Engineering Department, visited TÜBİTAK MAM on June 20, 2019.
Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan, Head of TÜBİTAK MAM Center, gave a presentation to the delegation, explaining the capabilities of MAM and its importance and value in R&D. Subsequently, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Karadağ, Deputy Director of the TÜBİTAK MAM Institute of Gene Engineering and Biotechnology, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cesarettin Alaşalvar, Director of the Food Institute, made presentations about the studies and products carried out in the institutes in the field of "health and food".
Following the presentations; the delegation visited the Centers of Excellence and laboratories.
