Officials from COMSATS (The Commission on Science and Technology for Sustainable Development in the South), a 26-member organization, including Turkey, which aims to contribute to the socio-economic development of countries by using science and technology, visited TÜBİTAK MAM.
COMSATS President Dr. S.M. Junaid Zaidi and the accompanying delegation were received by TÜBİTAK MAM President Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan. Prof. Dr. Kılıçaslan emphasized that they are open to cooperation with COMSATS member countries to create new models in possible projects.
After the meeting, the delegation was provided with detailed information on the working areas and competencies of the Institutes.
