TÜBİTAK MAM took part in TEKNOFEST Blue Homeland with its innovative technologies

As part of TEKNOFEST, TÜBİTAK MAM participated in this year's Blue Homeland event organized at Istanbul Shipyard Command with its critical products for maritime technologies. Submarine and mine-hunting sonar transducers, environmentally friendly energy solutions and artworks of the painting contest encouraging young people to science were introduced to the participants at the TÜBİTAK MAM stand.

At the Blue Homeland event organized within the scope of TEKNOFEST, Turkey's largest technology festival, TÜBİTAK MAM attracted great interest from visitors with its innovative products in the fields of defense industry and maritime.

TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) introduced critical products developed in maritime and defense technologies at its booth. The Submarine Defense Warfare Sonar and Mine Hunting Sonar Transducer Elements stood out with their contributions to the Turkish naval defense industry, while the Hydrogen Burning Catalyst and Carbon Dioxide Capturing Calipatron represented the vision for the future in environmentally friendly energy conversion. In addition, the finalist works of the Ocean Decade Painting Contest were also exhibited in the exhibition in order to increase the interest of young generations in science.

Throughout the event, shows reflecting the maritime culture, Dragon rowing races, hand pearl throwing competition and tours of important ships, especially TCG ANADOLU, provided visitors with unforgettable moments. TÜBİTAK MAM brought both its scientific and technological contributions to the public with the products it exhibited at the event.
