Between April 24-28, the Turkmen Delegation from the Faculty of Medicine in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan received training on 3 different subjects at the TÜBİTAK MAM Institute of Gene Engineering and Biotechnology.

Within the scope of Basic Cell Culture and Fluorescence Microscopy Training; cell culture studies, counting, passaging, seeding, freezing and thawing techniques of cells are shown. Sample preparation, immunochemistry and immunofluorescence staining of the cells planted on glasses, microscope examination and interpretation,

Within the scope of Zymography, Horizontal & Vertical Electrophoresis and Western Blotting Training; Applied and theoretical trainings were given on Protein and Nucleic Acid Electrophoresis, Zymography and Western Blotting.
