Minister of Science, Industry and Technology Faruk Özlü visited the TÜBİTAK MAM campus on June 3, 2016. The Governor of Kocaeli Hasan Basri Güzeloğlu, Deputy Minister of Science, Industry and Technology Assoc. Dr. Hasan Ali Çelik, Undersecretary Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan, Deputy Undersecretary Prof. Dr. Cevahir Uzkurt, TÜBİTAK President Prof. Dr. Arif Ergin, TÜBİTAK Vice Presidents Prof. Dr. Mehmet Çelik, Prof. Dr. Erol Arcaklıoğlu, Dr. Orkun Hasekioğlu, MAM President Assoc. Dr. Bahadır Tunaboylu and BİLGEM President Prof. Dr. Hacı Ali Mantar were also present during Minister Özlü's visit.
During the meetings, Head of the Center Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahadır Tunaboylu informed Minister Faruk Özlü about the work carried out at MAM. In addition, Minister Faruk Özlü examined the work on the domestic electric vehicle on site, received information and took a test drive with the domestic electric vehicle.
