Dr. Stefan Tinca, Ambassador of Romania to Ankara, and Michaela Turbaceanu, Counsellor for Economic and Commercial Affairs of Romania, visited TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) on July 9, 2021.
Following the visit to TÜBİTAK Informatics and Information Security Advanced Technologies Research Center (BİLGEM) Antenna Test and Research Laboratory, Dr. Stefan Tinca, Ambassador of Romania to Ankara, Michaela Turbaceanu, Counsellor for Economic and Commercial Affairs of Romania, Dr. Osman Okur, President of TÜBİTAK MAM and Prof. Dr. Burcu Özsoy, Vice President of TÜBİTAK MAM met for lunch.
Information about TÜBİTAK MAM's infrastructure and products was given and the importance of possible working areas was emphasized. It was stated that TÜBİTAK MAM is open to cooperation in the field of R&D.
Afterwards, Dr. Stefan Tinca, Ambassador of Romania to Ankara, visited the Accelerated Mass Spectroscopy (AMS) Laboratory of the TÜBİTAK MAM Earth and Marine Sciences Institute, the Fuel Cell Laboratory and the Combustion and Gasification Technologies Pilot Plant of the Energy Institute and was briefed by the researchers about the work carried out and the products and infrastructure of the Institutes.
