POLARIN Project's first International Access Call Opened

The POLARIN project, supported by the European Union, invites scientists to submit project proposals for access to a total of 49 research infrastructures (research stations, vessels, observatories, sample and data banks) located in both polar regions to contribute to identified priority research topics.

POLARIN provides free Transnational Access (TA) for researchers to research infrastructures in the polar regions. Transnational Access (TA) can be physical, remote or a combination of both. Within the scope of the call, only logistical costs are supported and no support is provided for research costs.

You can access the list of polar research infrastructures presented within the scope of the project, eligibility criteria and guidance on the application process from the link below:

The deadline for submissions is November 28, 2024, 16:00 (CET) and applications must be submitted via POLARIN Transnational Access Platform (https://polarin-tap.eu.inkode.org) for the project proposals. Announcements regarding the positively evaluated project proposals are planned to be announced in mid-March 2025.
