Within the scope of TUBITAK 4007 DISASTER REGION "SCIENCE EVERYWHERE" SPECIAL SUPPORT CALL organized by Bursa Yıldırım District Directorate of National Education, the experts of our Polar Research Institute brought the poles to Hatay for the third time.

During the 7th National Antarctic Science Expedition, the science team experts, who were deeply saddened by the disaster on the continent, rushed to the disaster zone for our children affected by the earthquake as soon as the expedition ended. Polar Experts and students of the Polar Research Club at Gebze Technical University, who took part in the project supported by TÜBİTAK, organized workshops to improve our children's perspective on science, share their sorrow and ensure that they grow up in the light of science.

The project, which took place in Hatay in the first week of May, was successfully completed with the dedication of every participant.
