The 'Orientation Training for Assistant Experts', carried out under the coordination of the General Directorate of Management Services of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, was completed on November 29, 2022 with visits to TÜBİTAK MAM, BİLGEM and UME.

General introductory presentations were made to the visitors about TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) by Yusuf Kılıç, Chief Researcher from TÜBİTAK MAM Strategy and Business Development Directorate, TÜBİTAK Informatics and Information Security Advanced Technologies Research Center (BİLGEM) by Alper Ay, Business Development Manager at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, and TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute (UME) by Uğur Akkaya, Corporate Communications Officer at TÜBİTAK UME.

Following the presentations, laboratory visits were organized in order to see the activity infrastructures mentioned in the presentations on site.

TÜBİTAK MAM High Temperature Materials Research, Development and Repair Center of Excellence, Turkey Food and Innovation Platform (TÜGİP), National 1 mv Accelerated Mass Spectroscopy (AMS) Laboratory; TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Antenna Test and Research Laboratory (ATAM), Mine and Improvised Explosive Measures and Test Research Laboratory (MEKTAM) and TÜBİTAK UME High Voltage Laboratory were visited.
