New Project Studies Start with ÇAYKUR

The long-standing cooperation between TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute and ÇAYKUR is gaining momentum with new projects. The officials of the two institutions, which have signed many joint projects to develop new products with High Added Value from Tea until today, came together to discuss new project topics.

In the meeting held under the chairmanship of ÇAYKUR General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Directors İmdat Sütlüoğlu, ideas were exchanged about new projects that will contribute to the tea production ecosystem in the Black Sea Region, especially the commercialization of functional tea products. The meeting was attended by Turgay Turna, Deputy General Manager and Board Member of ÇAYKUR, Ayla Ilgaz, Director of Atatürk Tea and Garden Cultures Research Institute, Cesarettin Alaşalvar, Director of TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute, Nuh Yılmaz, Business Development Unit Manager and Ünsal Şeker, Product Management Unit Manager.
