The Industrial Services Catalog 2016, prepared in English by the Industrial Services Unit, was sent to all business council members by the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK) with an announcement.

The Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEİK) is responsible for coordinating the foreign economic relations of the Turkish private sector, particularly foreign trade, international investments, services, contracting and logistics, researching domestic and foreign investment opportunities, contributing to increasing Turkey's exports and similar business development activities.

Established in 1986 for this purpose, DEİK was given a new structure with the Law No. 6552 enacted on September 11, 2014, and was further strengthened and assumed the task of "conducting the foreign economic relations of the Turkish private sector". As of May 2016, DEIK has 104 founding organizations, 133 Business Councils, 126 of which are country-based, and over 1,000 member companies.
