Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan, President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM), visited Vice Admiral Adnan Özbal, Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces.
During the meeting, possible collaborations between the Turkish Naval Forces Command and TÜBİTAK MAM were evaluated and views were exchanged on indigenous technology applications. Vice Admiral Adnan Özbal, Commander of the Turkish Naval Forces, was given detailed information about the technologies being developed within the scope of the projects carried out by TÜBİTAK MAM. Our indigenous solutions for the needs of our Naval Forces, our infrastructures, our work on naval and marine vehicles, sonar and advanced acoustic systems, air refresher systems, radar absorbing materials, security solutions, propulsion systems, lithium ion batteries and batteries, and fuel cells were presented.
