TÜBİTAK MAM organized a technical promotion and cooperation visit to İGSAŞ Istanbul Gübre Sanayii A.Ş. Vice President of Strategy and Technology Development Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Makaracı, Director of the Institute of Chemical Technology Prof. Dr. Ülker Beker, Director of the Institute of Energy Assoc. Dr. Abdülkadir Balıkçı, Director of the Institute of Energy Prof. Dr. Mehmet Kitiş, Director of the Institute of Environment and Cleaner Production and researchers from related fields from the institutes took part in the visit to İGSAŞ A.Ş., which operates in Kocaeli Körfez district.

Following the introduction of the company by Turan Tok, General Manager of İGSAŞ, MAM and the institutes were introduced. After the meeting where the issues of increasing the existing working area and potential cooperation between İGSAŞ and Tübitak-MAM were discussed, the visit ended with a tour of the automation center of the enterprise and getting information.
