The application package prepared with the contributions of the TÜBİTAK MAM Polar Research Institute to the Committee on Antarctic Scientific Research (SCAR), of which TÜBİTAK became an associate member on August 29, 2016, was discussed at the online delegate meeting held on March 23, 2021, and our country's full SCAR membership was accepted.
