The 22nd Congress of Thermal Science and Technology was held in Kocaeli this year.

Organized by Kocaeli University Faculty of Engineering, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Turkish Society of Thermal Science and Technology and ASHRAE Turkey, the congress was supported by TÜBİTAK MAM as a gold sponsor.

Scientists shared their findings on innovative and advanced engineering applications in terms of heat science and technology.

In his speech to the scientists, Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan emphasized the importance of the value we add to the world of science and the Turkish economy with our advanced infrastructure, innovative and qualified human resources. After the introductory tours of the Energy Institute and Materials Institute Centers of Excellence, the Congress participants left our Center.
