TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) has crowned its success with the awards it won at the "Artificial Intelligence Factory 2024" awards, while making significant innovations in smart energy systems with artificial intelligence and digital twin technologies.
Within the scope of the ESCALATE and OPTIX projects, MAM is conducting studies to increase the energy efficiency of zero-emission vehicles and logistics systems with the support of European Union funds.
The ESCALATE project integrates AI-based energy and heat management and predictive maintenance algorithms in the development of zero-emission heavy-duty trucks. At the same time, the performance of the systems is monitored and continuously improved using digital twins of the vehicle platforms.
The OPTIX project offers solutions to increase the use of locally produced fuel cell modules in hybrid energy systems by integrating them with digital twin technology.
Through these projects, TÜBİTAK MAM accelerates the digital transformation in the energy sector and offers important solutions to increase operational efficiency in the industrial sector. Collaboration between the public and private sectors will enable the development of more sustainable and efficient energy solutions.
