Officials from TÜBİTAK MAM and Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (EÜAŞ) discussed ongoing projects and potential cooperation opportunities.

TÜBİTAK MAM and Elektrik Üretim A.Ş. (EÜAŞ) officials, who have realized many important projects together to date, came together at TÜBİTAK MAM on Monday, 26.09.2016 to discuss ongoing projects and potential cooperation opportunities.

The meeting, hosted by TÜBİTAK MAM President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahadır Tunaboylu, was attended by Halil Alış, General Manager of EÜAŞ; Necmi Yaşar, Head of the APK Department; Ercan Atlılar, Head of Privatization and Power Plants Follow-up Department; Şükrü İlhan, Istanbul A Plant Manager; Halil Albayrak, Istanbul B Plant Manager; and Canan Taşbulat, Istanbul A Plant Assistant Manager. The delegation was accompanied by Dr. İbrahim Bekar, Vice President of Business Development and Industrialization at TÜBİTAK MAM, and Ünsal Şeker, Product Management Unit Manager.

During the meeting, Energy Institute Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdülkadir Balıkçı and Materials Institute Director Prof. Dr. Metin Usta and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Havva Kazdal Zeytin presented information about the ongoing projects and discussed the ongoing projects and possible cooperation opportunities.

Following the presentation by Ağça Bağcan Kayıhan, an expert researcher from the Institute of Materials, the infrastructure and competencies of TÜBİTAK MAM were introduced on site with visits to the institute.
