Salih Bekaroğlu, General Manager of Istanbul Halk Ekmek, Deputy General Manager Fatih Rüstem Çınar, Prof. Dr. Osman Sağdıç, Prof. Dr. Bülent Saka and Burak Sanga visited Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan, President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM).
Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan, President of TÜBİTAK MAM, stated that he has closely followed the services of Istanbul Halk Ekmek A.Ş. to date and emphasized that the people of Istanbul have regular, cheap, healthy and high quality bread and all kinds of food made from flour and that he is pleased with the work of Istanbul Halk Ekmek A.Ş.
In particular, he stated that TÜBİTAK MAM is ready to support with its technological infrastructure and domestic national technology that is gaining new momentum day by day and that TÜBİTAK MAM Food Institute is the R&D center of Istanbul Halk Ekmek A.Ş.
