TÜBİTAK MAM President Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan visited Rear Admiral Aydın Eken, Commander of Gölcük Shipyard.
They exchanged ideas about the cooperation between Gölcük Shipyard Command and TÜBİTAK MAM. Emphasizing the importance of public procurement in the development of our domestic technology, Prof. Dr. Kılıçaslan stated that Turkey's ability to become a regional power depends especially on the strength of its naval forces, and that as TÜBİTAK MAM, we are the R&D Center of Gölcük Shipyard Command with our domestic technology, solution-oriented perspective and R&D infrastructure.
