"IV. International Nuclear Power Plants Summit" was held on March 8-9, 2017 at Pullman Istanbul Convention Center.

"IV. International Nuclear Power Plants Summit", which brought together local and foreign companies operating in the field of nuclear energy, was held at Pullman Istanbul Convention Center on March 8-9, 2017.

Dr. Orkun Hasekioğlu, President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM), attended the opening of the Summit and delivered a speech. In his speech, Dr. Orkun Hasekioğlu stated that TUBITAK finds the acquisition of such high technologies important for Turkey to make a leap in science and technology, and gave information about TUBITAK's support in this field.

At the summit, the TÜBİTAK MAM delegation, consisting of TÜBİTAK MAM Vice President of Strategy and Technology Development Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Makaracı, Business Development Unit Manager Nuh Yılmaz and Institute representatives, held bilateral meetings with many companies. At the TÜBİTAK MAM stand, representatives of the Institutes of Environment and Cleaner Production, Energy, Chemistry, Chemistry, Materials, Earth and Marine Sciences informed the summit participants about the activities of the Institute.
