A cooperation protocol was signed between Yıldız Technical University (YTÜ) and TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) to carry out qualified studies in national and international fields by combining the potential of the two institutions.
TÜBİTAK MAM President Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan and Yıldız Technical University Rector Prof. Dr. Bahri Şahin signed the Cooperation Protocol. The signing ceremony held at TÜBİTAK MAM was also attended by YTU Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Galip Cansever, TÜBİTAK MAM Vice President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Makaracı, and the Deans of YTU's Faculties of Machinery, Shipbuilding-Maritime, Construction, Chemistry-Metallurgy, Applied Sciences and Education. The cooperation aims to train specialized researchers in technology areas that are critical for Turkey.
