TOBB Turkish Chemical Industry Sector Assembly convened in Ankara on February 11, 2016. At the meeting themed "State Supports and Investment Incentives for Exports", the ongoing and expanded support and incentive mechanisms were explained in detail by the presentations of the representatives of the Ministry of Economy.

In the meeting attended by Assoc. Prof. Serdar Sezer, Member of the Assembly and Director of TÜBİTAK MAM Chemical Technology Institute, it was stated that sector assemblies play an important role in the formation of industry-oriented policies. In this direction, the importance of the chemical industry, which provides raw materials and intermediate input to more than 30 sectors, was expressed and it was emphasized that the economic development of our country is parallel to the growth of the chemical industry.
