TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) successfully implements projects for the development of indigenous systems and technologies that meet the needs of our defense industry, taking into account the protection of the interests of our country at the global level in the defense industry.
Within the scope of the decisions taken at the SSM R&D Panel, the contracts for 22 R&D projects, which were initiated based on SME-Industry-University cooperation in new future-oriented technology areas that are needed by the TAF's systems and platforms, were signed at a ceremony held in the presence of Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, Undersecretary for Defence Industries.
At the ceremony attended by Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan, President of TÜBİTAK MAM, three projects were signed by TÜBİTAK MAM Materials Institute in cooperation with ROKETSAN, ASELSAN and TEI. The gains to be obtained as a result of our project studies for the defense industry will contribute to our country's ability to develop defense technologies.
