Dr. Ahmad Sabirin Arshad, President of the Standards and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia (SIRIM), and Senior Manager Mohd Helmi Mohammad Meswan visited TÜBİTAK Gebze Campus.
During the visit, possible cooperation opportunities with SIRIM were discussed.
The meeting held at TÜBİTAK MAM Conference Hall was attended by SIRIM President Dr. Ahmad Sabirin Arshad and Senior Manager Mohd Helmi Mohammad Meswan, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM Business Development Vice President Sadullah Uzun, TÜBİTAK MAM Strategy and Business Development Director Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abit Balin and experts from both sides.
In the meeting chaired by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abit Balın, TÜBİTAK MAM, TÜBİTAK BİLGEM and TÜBİTAK UME made introductory presentations.
Yusuf Kılıç, Chief Expert, made a detailed presentation on TÜBİTAK MAM's infrastructure, activities, products and international projects
Ahmet Serdar Yücel, Sales and Marketing Manager at TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, made a presentation on BİLGEM's competencies in blockchain, cyber security and artificial intelligence.
Dr. Süleyman Zühtü Can, Technical Assistant Director of TÜBİTAK UME Institute, also made a presentation. In his presentation, he shared detailed information about the duties, technical infrastructure and main activities of the institute and explained the general framework of the organization in detail to the participants.
Following the presentations, potential cooperation topics were discussed and areas of cooperation were identified.
