On December 28, 2016, Dr. Arif Sinan Alagöz, one of the researchers of TÜBİTAK MAM Materials Institute, gave a seminar on "Developments in Photovoltaic Solar Panels".
In the seminar organized by the Technology Development and Management Unit, the technological development adventure starting from the discovery of the basic working principles of solar cells to the present day and the solar panels developed in this process were presented.
The solar panel works carried out at TÜBİTAK MAM, the installations and the market in the field of solar energy in the world were also evaluated, and mutual opinions were exchanged about the solar power plants to be established in our country.
