The 2015 European Awards for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship, organized under the national coordination of the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization (KOSGEB), will be judged in six categories: fostering the entrepreneurial spirit, investing in talent, improving the entrepreneurial environment, supporting businesses at international level, promoting resource efficiency and the development of environmentally friendly (green) markets, and responsible entrepreneurship.

With the project titled "Determination of Usage Criteria of Products Recovered from Construction and Demolition Wastes" supported by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and carried out by the TÜBİTAK MAM Materials Institute, cement, brick, concrete products (garden furniture, paving, curbs, etc.) and sample asphalt roads were produced by using certain proportions of construction demolition waste. The project, which was carried out in cooperation with municipalities and service and commodity providers in various sectors ranging from waste logistics to construction material producers, was successfully completed.
