MAM Environment and Cleaner Production Institute participated in Istanbul Water Expo held at Istanbul Expo Center on September 3-5, 2015. Supported by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, Ilbank and Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration, the exhibition was attended by the Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, Mr. Mustafa ELDEMİR, Former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Prof. Dr. Hasan Zuhuri SARIKAYA and General Director of Water Management of the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, Prof. Dr. Cumali KINACI.Prof. Dr. Cumali KINACI, General Director of Water Management of the Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs, visited the MAM Environment and Clean Production Institute stand and received information about the projects carried out in the fields of Water and Wastewater Management and Marine and Inland Waters Management.

In the presentation made by Prof. Dr. Mustafa ÖZTÜRK, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization of the Republic of Turkey, at the Water Management session, information was given about our national water management activities on many subjects, including the National Environment Integrated Adaptation Strategy Update project being carried out by our institute. Our researchers participated in the Cleaner Production Technologies session organized within the scope of the Expo on Cleaner Production Activities and Eco-Efficiency Analysis Methodology for Turkish Manufacturing Industry.
