The MAM delegation headed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahadır Tunaboylu, President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center, visited Gölcük Shipyard Command on November 8, 2016.
The visit, hosted by Rear Admiral Aydın Eken, Commander of Gölcük Shipyard, was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahadır Tunaboylu, President of TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center, Assoc. Dr. Murat Makaracı, Vice President, Prof. Dr. Metin Usta, Director of the Materials Institute, Prof. Dr. Ülker Beker, Director of the Chemical Technology Institute, Unit Managers and other relevant experts.
During the visit, views were exchanged on the national projects developed within the TÜBİTAK MAM Materials Institute, Energy Institute and Chemical Technology Institute, and on the needs of Gölcük Shipyard Command.
The visit ended after visiting the workshops, laboratories and production halls.
