In order to increase cooperation in the field of chemical technologies, representatives of Kocaeli Chamber of Industry visited TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) and TÜBİTAK Marmara Teknokent with a delegation of companies operating in the field of chemistry, and received information about the infrastructures and technologies developed within the Center. The delegation included Koruma Klor Alkali San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Polar Kimya, Türk Henkel, Dow Turkey, Basf Turkey.

The program started with the screening of TÜBİTAK MAM's new promotional film and continued with the presentation of the institute by Prof. Dr. Ülker Beker, Director of TÜBİTAK MAM Chemical Technology Institute, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar Sezer, Deputy Director of the Institute. Hülya Kerimoğlu, Business Development and Project Monitoring Unit Officer of TÜBİTAK Marmara Technopolis, made a presentation about TÜBİTAK Marmara Technopolis and gave information about the activities carried out in the technopolis. The program ended with lunch after visiting the laboratories of TÜBİTAK MAM Chemical Technology Institute.
