TÜBİTAK MAM Biomechanical Testing infrastructure for biomaterials in the Biomechanics Laboratory of the Institute of Materials 3D Center of Excellence has been completed and started testing services as of November 2020.
With the Biomechanical Test Device; tensile, compression and torsion tests can be performed in atmospheric environment and simulated body fluid, and the mechanical factors that materials face in the body can be measured with 10kNt and 0.25 kNt load cells.
