Aviation Technologies Test and Excellence Center Feasibility Study Project Contract:

The Aviation Technologies Test and Development Center Feasibility Study Project Contract, which will cover other infrastructures such as test centers, laboratories, wind tunnels, etc. needed by the sector, which will also benefit companies, clusters, universities and institutes producing in the field of aviation in our country, was signed on 04.05.2016 with the participation of Dr. Özkan Poyraz, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications, Dr. Cihan Kanlıgöz, General Manager of Aviation and Space Technologies, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahadır Tunaboylu, President of TÜBİTAK MAM.

The aim of the project is to conduct a feasibility study for an aviation center of excellence, including test centers, laboratories and other infrastructures required by the sector, in order to develop aviation technologies in our country and to create an ecosystem that will support the aviation industry as a whole.
