As TÜBİTAK MAM, we have successfully completed our second surveillance audit conducted under the AS 9100 Aviation, Defense, and Space Quality Management System.
The TÜBİTAK Marmara Research Center (MAM) continues to maintain the highest quality standards as part of its efforts to develop high-tech solutions for the aviation, defense, and space sectors. In this context, the second surveillance audit of the AS 9100 (EN 9100:2018 / BS EN ISO 9001:2015) Aerospace, Defense, and Space Quality Management System was successfully completed. As a result of the audit conducted by the international independent certification body Bureau Veritas Certification, the compliance of activities under the scope of “Design, Development, and Prototype Production of Gas Separation and Purification Systems Used in the Aviation and Defense Industries” with international quality management standards was once again confirmed.
Ensuring a Sustainable Quality Standard in Critical Technologies
In the aerospace and defense industries, quality is a fundamental requirement that encompasses not only product performance but also reliability, traceability, risk management, and process sustainability. Continuous improvement, a high level of engineering discipline, and process reliability are adopted as fundamental principles throughout all processes, from design to development and prototype production.
Domestic and High-Value-Added Technologies
TÜBİTAK MAM continues its work with the goal of transforming its engineering expertise in gas separation and purification technologies into innovative, reliable, and domestically produced systems tailored to the needs of Turkey’s aerospace and defense industries, without compromising on international quality standards.
