TuR&Bo-Turkish Research and Business Organizations (TuR&Bo-Turkish Research and Business Organizations), established in Brussels, Belgium by TÜBİTAK, TOBB, KOSGEB and TESKhttp://www.turboppp.org/), Ms. Raluca DRAGAN and Merve AKKUŞ from the TUBITAK Presidency visited TÜBİTAK MAM on 13 July 2015 within the framework of the attached program. Raluca DRAGAN and Merve AKKUŞ from TUBITAK Presidency visited TÜBİTAK MAM on 13 July 2015 within the framework of the attached program. The meeting was held under the leadership of Mr. Ali TAVLI, Vice President of TÜBİTAK MAM and in the presence of management representatives from Business Development Unit, Institute of Environment and Cleaner Production, Institute of Energy, Institute of Food, Institute of Gene Engineering and Biotechnology, Institute of Chemical Technology, Institute of Materials, Institute of Earth and Marine Sciences. In the meeting, which started with the opening speech of Ali TAVLI, general information about TuR&Bo was given verbally by Raluca DRAGAN and general information about MAM and the working areas of our Center was given. Afterwards, detailed presentations of all TÜBİTAK MAM Institutes were made and general information about the projects carried out in the Institutes were shared. After the meeting, the laboratories of the Institute of Materials and the Energy Institute were visited and detailed information about the work carried out was given to the delegation on site by the experts. The visit was beneficial for the Center to take a more active role in EU projects, to be introduced on the international platform and to provide information about the studies carried out.
