Dr. Muhammad Ashraf Moten, Project Manager responsible for the operation of the Thar Region coal field in Pakistan, one of the world's leading coal reserves with approximately 170 billion tons of reserves, met with Prof. Dr. İbrahim Kılıçaslan, President of TÜBİTAK MAM, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Makaracı, Vice President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Murat Makaracı, Vice President of TÜBİTAK MAM, and officials from the Energy Institute to discuss possible collaborations with TÜBİTAK MAM. Energy Institute officials informed Dr. Moten about the Institute's know-how in gasification, pilot systems, gas cleaning, gas conversion reactor designs and field applications.
